The Suburban Terrace Owners Coalition opens doors of communication and creates transparency within our homeowner's association by allowing people of like mind to work together to reach mutual objectives.
Our Objectives
Provide a space for STCA condo owners to talk, learn about the association, and act together.
Track how our money is spent, encourage management to find more frugal strategies to reduce the budget, and stabilize or reduce our monthly fees.
Focus on improving the quality of life at Suburban Terrace, and protecting our property values.
Create active in-person participation in Annual Meetings and Board Elections to ensure the interests and needs of our community are understood and met.
